Troubleshooting

Below is a list of possible problems and their probable cause:
Problem Possible cause Remedy
Indicator LED is off or device has no power No input voltage
  • Check whether all power cables are still attached
  • Check the fuse between the wheelchair battery and the unit
Short-circuit: damaged cabling Check cabling and replace if necessary
Short-circuit: device consumes more than 3A Disconnect device and check device
Incorrect voltage Check and/or adjust voltage
Device consumes more than 3A Disconnect device and check device
Disconnected cable Reconnect device
Damaged cabling Check cabling and replace if necessary
