Operation

Joystick

The joystick is proportional, which means that a deflection of the joystick is directly related to a movement: the further you move the joystick away from the center position, the faster the action will be.

Buttons

If you use 1 or 2 buttons:
  • You can use a button of the mo-vis Twister series, but any other button with 3.5 mm mono jack connection should be compatible too.
  • You can also use a 3.5 mm stereo jack connection, but then you will have to exclude the yellow or red 'ring' in the Configurator Software.

If you want to use 3 or 4 buttons, you will need 1 or 2 splitter cables. You can then use a button of the mo-vis Twister series, or any other button with 3.5 mm mono jack connection.

With a Multi Joystick HID it is possible to insert the jacks in the housing of the joystick (e.g. useful when this joystick is operated with the chin and buttons are placed nearby).
Note: The jacks in the housing are a duplication of the jacks in the interface, not additional jacks.

Mode button and LED lights

There is a mode button on the interface box to toggle between working mode and configuration mode.

  • Press < 5 s: change configuration set
  • Press > 5s, < 10s: change to configuration mode
  • Press > 10s: software reset
